My mission is to negotiate and draft technology transfer agreements, thus ensuring the protection and commercialization of high-potential innovations. As a Paralegal in business rights and intellectual property, my mission is to support the legal team in drafting agreements, monitoring governance and keeping the contractual database up to date.
